At Khaas Mangoes, we take pride in delivering the finest, premium-quality mangoes that Sindh is famous for. Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
Damaged or Quality Issues Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we ensure strict quality checks before shipping, if you receive a batch that is physically damaged during transit or has severe quality issues, we are here to make it right.
To claim a replacement or store credit:

You must contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.

You must provide clear photos and a short video showing the damaged or spoiled mangoes.
Cancellations Since we harvest and pack our mangoes fresh based on your orders, cancellations are only accepted if requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed for harvesting, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
